PCH International joins the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition

PCH International has been approved to become an applicant member of the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition Inc. (EICC), a worldwide coalition of electronics companies aimed at improving social, economic, and environmental performance in the global electronics supply chain.

Liam Casey, PCH CEO commented, "PCH's approval for membership of the EICC is part of a long-running initiative at PCH to continually improve the way we operate in line with the EICC's code of conduct, which we incorporated into our CSR auditing procedures a number of years ago. These focus on areas such as working conditions of our people and those at our suppliers, the way we engage in local communities and wider environmental and sustainable business practices promoted by the EICC. We are fully committed to EICC's vision and mission as well as the responsible business practices it promotes."

"This membership supports our long-term sustainability initiative to better serve our clients by providing the most up-to-date and sustainable supply chain solutions," said Mr. Casey.

The EICC operates a standards-based approach for monitoring suppliers' compliance across numerous areas of social responsibility, including labor, health, safety, and environmental activity.
